The New England Patriots are on track for what may prove to be the best NFL football season period. With only the New York Giants left to play, they are on track for a perfect 16-0 regular season. Tom Brady and Randy Moss are set to break individual records and the team may very well end up having the highest scoring season in history. What else can be said about Tom Brady and the Pats? They cheat?
Brady threw three touchdown passes today, including two to Randy Moss. Lawrence Maroney ran for a career-high 156 yards on 14 carries, which included a 59 yard run for a touchdown. That touchdown run also happened to be one of New England's longest gains this season.
Can the Patriots be beaten? Saturday night's game is probably the most difficult game they will have played in weeks. With New York 9-5, they're obviously fighting for a playoff berth. The Pats will continue to take " one game at a time " and seemed to have thrived on the adversity in the beginning weeks of the season. Is it fair to say, cheating or not cheating ; if you can even call it that, they are hands down the best NFL team around?
